Collection Officer (Field Role) Chotila, Surendranagar & Viramgam

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct field collections from customers to recover outstanding debts.
  
• Collection Follow Ups in SMA1 ; SMA2 & NPA Clients

• Identify and resolve customer queries related to payments and collections.
  
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers and updates in the system.
  
• Ensure timely submission of reports on daily/weekly/monthly basis as required.
  
• Achieve Collection Numbers in SMA1 ; SM2 & NPA Clients
