Key Responsibilities:
Product Ownership & Digital Banking Expertise:
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Digital Banking, Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, and Banking Transformation initiatives.
- Own and define product vision, roadmap, and feature prioritization to align with business and client needs.
- Conduct detailed Product Walkthrough (PWT) sessions with clients, capturing requirements while ensuring alignment with product capabilities.
- Lead GAP analysis to identify deviations from standard product offerings and propose enhancements.
Business Analysis & Solution Delivery:
- Define and document business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications for digital banking solutions.
- Work closely with UI/UX, API, and Development teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Ensure proper version control, requirement tracking, and peer review of user stories in Agile tools like Jira.
- Drive end-to-end solution delivery, ensuring compliance with scope, quality, and timelines.
Stakeholder & Implementation Management:
- Act as the bridge between business, technology, and product teams to ensure seamless implementation.
- Collaborate with PMO, Development, and Integration teams to manage project deliverables.
- Ensure strict adherence to scope management, minimizing scope creep and aligning change requests with business priorities.
- Drive continuous product improvements based on market trends, client feedback, and business objectives.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in Digital Banking, Banking Transformation, or Product Ownership.
- Strong knowledge of Digital Banking, Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, Payments, Core Banking (Accounts, Deposits, Cards, Loans, Trade Finance, Customer Onboarding, etc.).
- Experience in defining product roadmaps, writing user stories, and managing Agile/Scrum frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with SDLC, Agile methodologies, Jira, and API-driven solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present solutions to clients and internal teams.
- Expertise in GAP analysis, process flow mapping, and regulatory compliance for digital banking.
- Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and implementation support as needed.
