About LH2 Holdings:

LH2Holdings is a platform that helps scale digital content brands. We buy or partner with great digital content brands (web platforms, Youtube channels, apps, podcasts, newsletters, etc.) and scale them. LH2 is being built by second-time founders, who have scaled tech platforms with hundreds of millions of users in their previous ventures.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Work with the founders to run new experiments to explore new distribution and monetization/growth strategies.

2. Conduct deep primary and secondary research on new ideas / competitors / other players in the ecosystem.

3. Take up new digital content platforms from 0-1, and then help hire leadership to run these platforms.

4. Setting up end-to-end processes for different verticals, creating playbooks, documentation, and systems to ensure adherence to these playbooks.

5. Identify and hypothesize high-potential business ideas, translating them into actionable growth strategies.

Ideal Candidate:

1. 3-4+ years of professional experience in a dynamic and high-impact environment.

2. Background in banking, consulting, or an early-stage startup (Series A stage), or experience as a founder.

3. Familiarity with web platforms, data analytics, and performance metrics is a plus.

Strong analytical mindset with a deep, numbers-driven approach to problem-solving.

4. Highly process-oriented, with the ability to break down complex tasks into structured, actionable steps.

5. Prior experience in team management or leadership is preferred.
