Social Media Manager

Job Responsibility

• Strategy Development : Create and implement social media strategies that align with the brand’s overall marketing goals and target audience.
• Content Creation : Develop engaging and high-quality content for various social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and graphics.
• Community Management : Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and engage with followers to build a strong online community.
• Campaign Management : Plan and execute social media campaigns, including promotions, contests, and collaborations, to boost brand visibility and engagement.
• Analytics and Reporting : Analyze social media performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and platform insights to assess effectiveness and guide strategy adjustments.
• Trend Monitoring : Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to ensure the brand remains relevant and innovative.
• Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, design, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all platforms.
• Audience Research : Conduct audience research to understand preferences, behaviors, and demographics, tailoring content to resonate with target users.
• Paid Advertising: Manage and optimize social media advertising campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and performance tracking.
• Crisis Management : Address any potential issues or negative feedback on social media promptly and professionally to protect the brand’s reputation.
• Training and Support : Provide guidance and training to team members on social media best practices and platform-specific strategies.
