Research And Development Executive

Role & responsibilities

1. Legal Research on Corporate Laws in Different Jurisdictions

2. Research on specific company formation queries in different jurisdictions

3. Liase with Different Law Firms across the Globe to fetch this data and structure it efficiently .

4. Work closely with the Business Development and Operations Teams to assist them to understand the various aspects of Trust/Foundation and Company Formation in different Countries

5. Fill information Gaps that exist within the Business Development and Operations teams with respect to Trusts/Foundations/Companies

Preferred candidate profile

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding on how to research on multi jurisdictional laws. They would ideally work closely with the Business Development and Operations teams to understand all the specific informations gaps and to fill those gaps.

They would also listen in on the client interactions to understand where the team needs to improve and assist them as well.

The primary aspects to research on would be

1. Company Law

2. Trust and Foundations

3. Different Business Activities and their requirements
