Job Summary:

As a Technical Writer at Digient Technologies Pvt Ltd, you will play a crucial role in creating, managing, and maintaining high-quality documentation for our innovative product development initiatives. Your primary responsibility will be to produce clear, concise, and accurate technical documents that support our product development team and ensure seamless communication across all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Document Creation: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user guides, technical specifications, release notes, and API documentation. Conducting research and liaising with technical staff to ensure accurate interpretation of complex technical data, drawings, and specification.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other team members to gather information and ensure accurate documentation.
• Review and Edit: Review and edit existing documentation to enhance clarity, consistency, completeness, and readability, ensuring improved impact, flow, and meaning.
• Standards Compliance: Ensure all documentation adheres to industry standards and best practices.
• Updates and Maintenance: Regularly update and maintain documentation to reflect product changes and new features.
• Content Management: Manage documentation repositories and ensure version control.
• User Feedback: Gather and incorporate feedback from users and stakeholders to improve documentation quality.
