Advanced Business Analyst ( Payments , ISO 8583)

Partners with sales, product and other stakeholders to define, develop, improve and implement customer-focused engagement and service delivery processes. Analyzes, interprets and documents customer requirements and works to ensure DN delivery processes are applied, adapted and executed to ensure an effective and high quality response. Conducts process fit / gap analysis, identifies and estimates change requests and guides stakeholders in coordinating requirements and process application.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent work experience required.
• Minimum of 6-8 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Business Analysis.
• Good business English skills (Written and spoken).

• Knowledge on Payment Domain w. r. t Acquirer and Issuer, Network Schemes, Mandates
• Have knowledge on ISO 8583 and ISO 20022
• Have knowledge on ATM and POS transaction flow and its messaging w. r. t payment network,
• Have knowledge on Payment simulators like T3, Paragon, VTS, VersaTest
• Have knowledge on SDLC, STLC, Defect life Cycle
• Have knowledge on Specifications of MasterCard, VISA, AMEX, JCB, Dinners, China Union Pay
• Have knowledge on Various test technique for UI and Functional Test
• Knowledge on Various Payment Simulators
