Hostel Warden

We are seeking a responsible and compassionate Hostel Warden to oversee the day-to-day management of our hostel. The role includes ensuring the safety, security, and well-being of the residents, maintaining discipline, and handling administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with prior experience in hostel management being a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage hostel residents.
• Ensure safety, security, and cleanliness.
• Address student concerns and resolve conflicts.
• Maintain records and coordinate with students and parents.
• Organize recreational activities and enforce hostel rules.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Up to 40 years of age.
• Prior experience in hostel management is preferred.
