Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled Low Latency C++ Developer to drive the design, development, and optimization of ultra-low-latency trading systems. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in C++ programming, high-performance computing, and network optimization, with a strong understanding of market microstructure and HFT systems.

As part of our core technology team, you will be responsible for building high-speed, scalable trading infrastructure, optimizing execution speed, and minimizing latency through advanced systems programming and hardware acceleration techniques. You will collaborate with traders and quantitative researchers to develop cutting-edge solutions that power our high-frequency trading strategies in global financial markets.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Low Latency C++ Developer, you will :

- Design and implement high-frequency automated trading systems.

- Enhance system performance through network and systems programming optimizations.

- Research and develop algorithms to minimize trading system latency.

- Develop tools for risk management and performance tracking.

- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of critical software modules, from design and deployment to optimization and support.

- Lead the core engineering team to drive innovation and efficiency.

Preferred Qualifications :

We're seeking candidates with :

- A degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering.

- 3-6 years of relevant work experience.

- Proficiency in C/C++ programming, along with expertise in object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms.

- Familiarity with Linux, Python, and shell scripting.

- Exposure to network programming (TCP/IP), concurrent programming (multi- threaded applications), Operating systems concepts.

- Prior experience in the HFT or hedge funds with a proven track record.

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
