- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to ensure curriculum aligns with the latest product features and best practices.

- Analyze student feedback and learning outcomes to continuously enhance content effectiveness.

- Provide thought leadership in video-based learning and interactive content development.

- Evaluate software features and provide valuable feedback to product teams to improve internal functions and usability.
