1. Title: Marketing Manager

A Marketing Manager in a concrete blocks and pavers manufacturing plant is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive sales, enhance brand awareness, and expand the customer base. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, creativity, and analytical skills to drive business growth and strengthen the company’s position in the market.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement effective marketing plans to promote concrete blocks, pavers, and related products. Identify target markets and create strategies to increase brand visibility and market share. Conduct market research to analyze customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends. Develop pricing strategies in collaboration with the sales and finance teams.
2. Business Development & CRM: Generate leads and convert them into customers. Develop relationships with contractors, builders, developers, and infrastructure companies. Identify new business opportunities and expand into untapped markets. Assist in achieving sales targets through promotional campaigns and client engagement.
3. Reporting & Performance Analysis: Track marketing campaign effectiveness and generate performance reports. Present findings and strategic recommendations to senior management.
4. Team Management & Coordination: Lead and mentor the marketing team to achieve department goals. Collaborate with internal departments such as production and finance for seamless operations. Manage relationships with external agencies, designers, and media partners.
