Summary:As a Deployment Lead, you will plan and lead the execution of a comprehensive deployment plan, including work planning, scheduling, budgeting, metrics, training, pilots, and resources. You will collaborate with all project teams to manage interdependencies, ensure alignment between all deployment-related activities, and monitor & control progress through the deployment plan. In this role, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation of the project and driving its overall success.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the execution of a comprehensive deployment plan.

Plan work planning, scheduling, budgeting, metrics, training, pilots, and resources.

Manage interdependencies between project teams.

Ensure alignment between all deployment-related activities.

Monitor and control progress through the deployment plan.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Celonis Process Mining Platform.

Strong understanding of deployment planning and execution.

Experience in work planning, scheduling, and budgeting.

Knowledge of metrics and training methodologies.

Ability to manage interdependencies between project teams.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Celonis Process Mining Platform.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years of full-time education is required. BE / B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA / M.Sc computer science.
