Job Description
Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Payable Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing the accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments, and maintaining positive vendor relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and manage all incoming invoices and payment requests.
Ensure timely payment of all outstanding bills and obligations.
Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies.
Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions.
Assist in the preparation of month-end financial reports.
Coordinate with internal departments to address any issues or discrepancies.
Communicate with vendors to resolve payment-related inquiries and issues.
Ensure compliance with GST regulations and company policies.
