Job Summary:

- We are looking for a data-driven Social Media Analytics & Insights Specialist to analyze, track, and derive actionable insights from our social media channels.

- The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and experience using social media data to inform strategy, improve engagement, and optimize performance across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Track, analyze, and report key social media performance metrics (engagement, reach, impressions, CTR, conversions, etc.) across platforms like Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.

- Utilize analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or native platform insights to measure campaign effectiveness.

- Identify trends, audience behavior, and content performance to guide social media strategies.

- Develop dashboards and reports to share insights with marketing and leadership teams.

- Conduct competitor benchmarking and industry trend analysis to refine our social media approach.

- Work closely with the content and marketing teams to optimize content based on performance data.

- Provide recommendations on best posting times, content types, and ad performance for maximum impact.

- Track sentiment analysis and audience demographics to refine messaging strategies.

Requirements:

- 3-5 years of experience in social media analytics, digital marketing, or a similar role.

- Proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, Twitter Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.

- Experience working with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio is a plus.

- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis.

- Understanding of paid social media campaigns and performance tracking.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey insights effectively.

- A data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into actionable strategies
