Performance Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain performance testing frameworks using Load Runner to identify bottlenecks in software applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze system behavior under various loads and conditions.
• Conduct root cause analysis of performance issues identified during testing and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Develop monitoring tools to track application performance metrics such as CPU usage, memory consumption, and response times.

Job Requirements :

• 6-8 years of experience in Performance Engineering or related field.
• Strong knowledge of APM (Application Performance Management) tools like Dynatrace or AppDynamics.
• Experience with load testing tools like LoadRunner or JMeter.
