Job Summary :

Estrel AI Ltd is seeking an experienced Azure Data and AI Lead to drive technical project leadership, solution architecture, and team resourcing for AI and data projects. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Azure-based data solutions, AI-driven automation, and cloud architecture, with a good understanding of Power Automate and AI Builder. This role requires a proactive leader who can design, implement, and optimize data processing systems, ETL pipelines, and AI-driven applications using Azure Data & AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities :

Technical Leadership & Solution Architecture :

- Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end Azure-based Data & AI solutions.

- Architect and optimize Azure AI, ML, and big data solutions to drive business insights and automation.

- Define and enforce best practices for data management, governance, and security in Azure.

- Ensure scalability, performance, and reliability of data solutions across multiple environments

Project Leadership & Resource Management

- Manage technical teams by providing guidance, mentorship, and technical leadership.

- Oversee resource allocation to optimize project execution and ensure timely delivery.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (data scientists, analysts, and developers) to streamline project execution.

Data Engineering & AI Development :

- Design and develop scalable data pipelines and ETL workflows using Azure DataBricks, Synapse, and Data Factory.

- Implement big data processing and machine learning solutions using Azure ML and Cognitive Services.

- Optimize data warehousing and lakehouse architectures to enhance performance and cost-efficiency.

- Ensure data quality, consistency, and security across cloud environments.

Automation & AI Integration (Good to Have) :

- Work with Power Automate and AI Builder for business process automation.

- Integrate AI-powered analytics and automation workflows into business applications.

Key Skills & Expertise Required :

- Azure Data & AI Solutions (Azure DataBricks, Azure ML, Azure Synapse, Azure Data Factory, Cognitive Services)

- Cloud Data Architecture & Engineering

- ETL, Data Pipelines, and Data Warehousing

- Programming Languages : Python, SQL, Scala

- Big Data Processing : Spark, Delta Lake

- Performance Optimization & Security in Azure Cloud

- Technical Project Leadership & Team Management

- Power Automate & AI Builder (Good to Have)

Qualifications & Experience :

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field.

- 10+ years of total experience, with at least 7+ years focused on Azure Data & AI solutions.

- Proven experience leading technical teams and delivering complex Azure Data/AI projects.

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex business problems with AI-driven solutions.

- Experience in resource planning, project management, and team leadership.

- Fluent in Arabic & English.
