Accounts Receivable Specialist - Goa

Responsibilities:

• Customer Invoicing: Ensure timely and accurate generation of customer invoices.
• Collections Management: Collaborate with the in-house collection team to resolve high-aging invoices. Perform customer ledger reconciliation to maintain accurate financial records.
• Accounts Receivable: Identify, analyze, and address all issues related to accounts receivable. Oversee the processing of credit notes for order cancellations and returns. Supervise GST compliance related to sales invoices and credit notes. Act as a point of escalation within the finance team for sales document compliance issues.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelors degree in finance or accounting.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in accounts receivable or a related field.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong knowledge of general accounting practices and GST regulations. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.
