Inside Sales Role - Business Development (3-5 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outreach to potential clients through phone calls, emails, and social media.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Assist in identifying sales opportunities and building a strong sales pipeline.
- Support the sales team by preparing presentations, proposals, and other pre-sales documents.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Conduct research on potential clients and industries to better position our offerings.
- Assist in developing strategies to expand our customer base and enter new markets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new business ideas and strategies.
- Help maintain and update customer databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Support the sales team in lead generation, customer outreach, and follow-up activities.
- Assist in preparing sales reports and tracking performance metrics.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and management.
- Ensure smooth coordination between different departments to meet client expectations and project deadlines.
- Represent the company professionally in all interactions, both written and verbal.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Master's in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong interest in marketing and sales, with a desire to learn and grow in a sales-driven environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their role in lead generation and customer engagement.
- Basic understanding of marketing analytics and the ability to interpret data.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Sound knowledge of lead generation techniques and stakeholder management practices.
- Experience or familiarity with sales executive roles, inside sales, and business development processes.
- Assesses competitors by analyzing and summarizing competitor information and trends and identifying sales opportunities.
- Maintain and expand prospect database to generate pipeline.
