Consultant - Agronomy (Hindi and Marathi)

KRA

• Connect with users through telephone calls.
• Reply to the user's queries on the Farm Voice feature.
• Provide advice on agricultural practices, crop management, disease control, soil health, pest management, farming techniques, and farm equipment based on users' needs.
• Daily update the reports of the task assigned.
• Manage users' complaints and escalate complex issues to higher management as necessary.

Qualification & Skills

• B.Sc.(Agri./Horti.) with 0- 2 years' experience or M.Sc. (Agri.) with plant protection/agronomy or related sciences.
• Proficient in speaking and writing in the required language and working knowledge of English.
• Clear and effective verbal communication skills to explain technical information.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).

Location - Remote

Working Hours - 9:30am - 6:30pm
