Job Description
- Overall supervision of the team and facilitation at village level
- Making the software entries on day-to-day basis and getting it done from the staff reporting to the position
- Updating and taking follow up for the application submitted to the govt. department.
- Conducting household visits for back check and to validate applications done by facilitator.
- Ensuring the cleaned data is submitted to project coordinator on weekly basis.
- Village level/block level stakeholder meetings and liaising
- Participating in events for project promotion in consultation with gatekeepers
- Regularly update the database of prerequisite documents and schemes
- Training and mentoring the staff reporting to this position and participating in training organized by the department.
- Daily coordination with PC related to staff, data & day to day activities conducted & to attend monthly meeting.
- Providing updates of the project to village/block level functionaries
- Maintain the attendance sheet and leaves of the staff reporting.
- Ensuring supplies available to facilitators
- Participate in any other work agreed in consultation with the district/block administration.
- Ensuring local level recruitments are timely done in consultation with the PC.
- Ensuring the survey is conducted as per the timeline in consultation with the PC.
- Briefing the centralized team about any problem faced by the team to find a solution.
- Work in close coordination with the project team of any other projects ongoing in the same locality and uptake project promotion for the same
- Conduct awareness sessions as and when required and maintain proper database
- Conduct need based camps for scheme and PRDs and maintain proper database.
- Any other work delegated by the organization
