Designation: Manager-Finance and Accounts.

Roles and Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily financial operations and financial reporting.

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards.

- Manage direct and indirect tax compliance, including GST, income tax, and transfer pricing.

- Handle tax assessments, audits, and disputes with tax authorities.

- Stay updated with changes in tax laws and implement necessary adjustments in financial processes.

- Plan, coordinate, and oversee internal and external audits.

- Ensure timely completion of statutory audits and address audit findings.

- Liaise with auditors to maintain transparent communication and compliance.

- Prepare and file returns, such as GST, TDS, and annual filings under the Companies Act.
