Role Objective
The Customer Success Intern will be responsible for driving customer onboarding, platform usage and customer retention.

Qualification
Bachelor's or equivalent in Marketing or Communications, prior work experience in Business Development or Customer Success or Customer Support will be preferred.

Role & responsibilities

  • Understand the platform features and functionalities in depth to conduct product demos with signups and potential signups
  • Reviewing daily signups on the admin panel and identify accounts that have not completed the entire process
  • Call customers who have not completed their accounts and provide support for account completion
  • Provide platform demo and push for platform usage (specifically focusing on free Job Posting), provide support in job posting as required
  • Identify accounts that are completed but are yet to post jobs and call them to push for job postings
  • Identify accounts that have incomplete jobs or incorrect job posting (salary incorrect as per industry trends or incorrect skills) and push for job completion or correction as required
  • Identify accounts with job postings and profile matches that have not taken further steps, call and push for taking action (CV downloads, Interview Scheduling)
  • Identify accounts that are completed but haven't logged in or download any CVs, call them and push them for platform usage
  • Maintain a tracker for daily tracking and calls done along with success tracking (success achieved)
