Job Description
- Generate and process invoices accurately and on time.
- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for all invoices.
- Follow up on outstanding invoices and coordinate with clients for payments.
- Maintain and update accounts receivable records.
- Calculate and deduct TDS as per applicable tax laws.
- Prepare and file TDS returns on time.
- Ensure compliance with GST regulations, including GST input and output reconciliation.
- Perform bank reconciliation regularly to match transactions with bank statements.
- Process vendor payments and maintain accounts payable records.
- Knowledge of TDS, GST, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting.
- Other day-to-day accounting work.
