In-depth understanding and management of The CL (RA) Act 1970, The EPF MP Act 1952, The ESI Act 1948, and allied wage/salary laws, BOCW Act(Building and Other Construction Workers).
Ensure compliance with Social Security, Industrial Relations, and Occupational Health Safety legislations.
Prepare and file statutory documents, returns, and forms with relevant authorities.
Litigation Union Management
Handle employee relations and industrial relations cases, including union negotiations and settlements.
Manage disputes, grievances, and other labor law-related matters.
Contract Labor Management
Oversee all aspects of contract labor management, ensuring adherence to applicable laws and regulations.
Coordinate with contractors and internal stakeholders for seamless management of labor resources.
Policy Procedure
Develop, implement, and review HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment legislations.
Provide guidance on HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements to internal teams.
Liaising Agreement Management
Build and maintain relationships with local authorities and government bodies.
Vet agreements and Memoranda of Understanding to ensure alignment with statutory requirements.

Display strong computer literacy, communication, and negotiation skills.

Education: Full-time MBA/MSW/MHRM/MLW.
Experience:
2 5 years in employee relations, industrial relations, or labor law administration.
Strong experience in dealing with unions and handling litigation.
Proven expertise in labor law compliance and contract labor management.
Skills:
Fluency in English and Gujarati is essential.
Proficiency in labor laws, HR policies, and compliance management.
