Key Responsibilities: Technical Leadership: Design and implement modern data platforms leveraging Azure Synapse/Fabric, AWS, GCP, Databricks, or Snowflake. Define data architecture strategies, including data modeling, data integration, and analytics. Drive data platform modernization initiatives, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and client objectives. Client Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business needs and translating them into actionable technical solutions. Conduct workshops, presentations, and technical discussions to align stakeholders on data architecture strategies. Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and long-term collaboration. Solution Development: Develop scalable data pipelines, ETL processes, and real-time data processing solutions. Implement data governance, security, and compliance measures to protect sensitive data. Optimize performance and cost efficiency of modern data platforms. Consulting Mindset: Provide strategic guidance to clients on data transformation, cloud migration, and analytics modernization. Conduct assessments to identify gaps and opportunities for data platform improvement. Advocate for data-driven decision-making and promote the adoption of innovative technologies. Team Collaboration and Mentorship: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders. Mentor junior team members, fostering knowledge sharing and skill development. Contribute to the CoEs best practices, frameworks, and reusable assets
