As a Sr. Data Analyst, you'll have the unique opportunity to work directly with the founders,
shape strategic decisions, and lead cross-functional initiatives that redefine the future of online
learning.
1. Data-Driven Insights: Analyse complex datasets across operational, marketing, and
financial domains to uncover actionable trends and opportunities, directly influencing
high-stakes business decisions.
2. Advanced Data Management: Leverage advanced capabilities in Google Sheets, Excel
(formulas, macros, pivot tables), and MongoDB to efficiently manag, query, and
interpret large datasets.
3. Strategic KPI Tracking: Define, monitor, and measure key performance indicators
(KPIs) across multiple functions, ensuring data-driven evaluation of business and
marketing initiatives.
4. Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as a central point of contact across departments,
including marketing, operations, finance, sales, HR, and product, to streamline data-
driven strategies and ensure cohesive decision-making.
5. Collaborative Leadership: Work closely with the founders and senior leadership,
contributing to strategic planning and aligning analytics initiatives with organizational
goals.
6. C-Suite Engagement: Play a critical role in the executive team, taking ownership of
data-related deliverables that drive business growth and operational excellence.
7. Dashboard Development: Develop and maintain sophisticated dashboards using
Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools to visualize data and communicate insights
effectively to diverse stakeholders.
8. Proactive Problem-Solving: Anticipate business needs and provide timely data and
insights to facilitate quick, informed decision-making.
9. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of analysts, fostering collaboration and
ensuring timely, high-quality analytical outputs across functions.
10. Business Enablement: Take charge of cross-functional responsibilities, ensuring
alignment of analytical insights with company-wide objectives and enhancing overall
organizational efficiency.
Skills and Expertise
Must-Have Skills:
1. Proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel (advanced formulas, macros, pivot tables).
2. Expertise in MongoDB for managing and querying large datasets.
3. Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience mentoring and managing a team.
4. Proven ability to collaborate effectively with founders, senior leadership, and cross-
functional teams.
Good-to-Have Skills:
1. Knowledge of SQL for database management and analysis.
2. Experience with visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
3. Familiarity with performance marketing tools like Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
