HR MIS & Operations

• Responsible for maintaining monthly trackers such as Hiring, Attrition, Full and Final settlement & preparing organization structures on monthly basis for sales and various other departments.
• Prepare periodic reports for management, as necessary or requested.
• Accountable for making presentations for monthly & quarterly reviews.
• Responsible for attrition control and analysis, scheduling retention discussion for sales employees on the basis of their performance data.
• Maintains employee related database such as personal data, dependent data, prior experience, etc.
• Prepares and analyses reports that are necessary to carry out the functions of the department & company.
• Maintains a tracker for Performance Improvement Plan issued centrally for Bihar & Jharkhand.
• Issuing Transfers / Confirmation / Deputation mails and letters to the employees.
• Taking care of exit formalities of resigned/retired/exiting employees

Employee Engagement Support

• Supporting in improving Employee Engagement by resolving employees queries related to HR, PF, ESI, mediclaim etc. Organizing periodic camps for the same.
