Position Title: Social Media Marketing Manager

Overview:

We seek a highly motivated individual to join our marketing team as a Social Media Marketing Manager. This role will primarily focus on executing social media marketing strategies, emphasizing on creating compelling copies and scripts for static graphics and videos. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing, excellent creative skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with graphic designers, video editors and other relevant stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Social and Marketing Strategy:

Collaborate with the marketing lead to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.

Content Creation:

- Work closely with graphic designers to create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and infographics for use in online marketing campaigns.

- Collaborate with video editor to create scripts, storyboard, and produce engaging video content for various digital platforms.

Campaign Execution:

- Ensure the planned campaigns go live for the day/week as per defined SOP.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Liaise with cross-functional teams including editorial, and marketing to ensure the campaigns are made live in defined timelines.

- Review the copies and scripts for each static and video creative and finalize the same with approvals from functional head

- Review the static and video creatives made by the graphic designers and video editors and finalize the same

- Keep a daily track of the output required vs actuals

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

- 4-5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on social media planning and execution.

- Strong understanding of social media channels, including Facebook, instagram, LinkedIn and WhatsApp.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and storytelling.

- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
