Requirement

• 6-10 years of Air Freight pricing experience as well Operation or a related role within the freight forwarding or logistics industry
• Develop and implement air freight pricing strategies to maximize profitability and market competitiveness.
• Collaborate with senior management to align pricing strategies with business objectives and market conditions.
• Conduct regular market analysis to stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry changes affecting air freight pricing
• Analyze data to forecast pricing trends and make data-driven recommendations
• Prepare and review detailed air freight pricing proposals for customers
• Provide accurate and timely quotes for clients, ensuring all cost factors, including fuel surcharges and accessorial charges, are considered
• Work closely with the procurement team to negotiate rates with carriers and optimize costs without compromising service quality.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of air freight costs and suggest improvements.
• Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, including airlines, freight forwarders, and third-party logistics providers.
• Negotiate and maintain contracts and service-level agreements with air carriers.
