JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Duties and responsibilities:

• Preparation of Financial Statements.
• Preparation of CMA Data, Provisionals, and Projections.
• Application of knowledge in the fields of Audit, Direct and Indirect Taxation.
• Vetting of documents.
• Preparation of various reports and certificates like no dues, net worth, etc.
• To apply for registrations, for eg: MSME, LEI, etc.
• Dealings with Bankers, Valuers, Lawyers.

2. Required Candidate profile:

• Knowledge and skills in Accounting, Accounting Standards, Corporate Finance, Audit, Taxation (Direct and Indirect), and other laws.
• Software – Tally, Winman, etc.
• Reporting Skills, Attention to Detail, Deadline Oriented, Confidentiality, Time Management, Data Entry Management, General Math Skills, Analytical Skills.
• Capable of spotting the issues and providing options for solutions
• Team management and client handling experience
• Strong communication, with good command of the English language

3. Qualifications:

• Semi Qualified CA/ Inter CA cleared.
