Role : Practice Head - SAP
- We are seeking a highly skilled, experienced, and proactive SAP Practice Head to lead our SAP practice and be an integral part of our leadership team.
- The SAP Practice Head will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of SAP solutions, ensuring the successful delivery of projects, and driving the growth and profitability of the SAP practice.
- This position requires a strong blend of technical expertise, leadership abilities, and business acumen.

Responsibilities :
Leadership:
- Provide strategic leadership to the SAP practice, setting the direction, vision, and goals for the team.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of SAP consultants and professionals.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the SAP practice.
- Drive employee engagement, professional development, and talent retention initiatives.
SAP Solution Development and Delivery:
- Oversee the end-to-end development and delivery of SAP solutions, ensuring quality, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness.
- Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and align SAP solutions to meet their needs.
- Collaborate with sales, pre-sales, and delivery teams to identify, pursue, and win SAP projects and opportunities.
- Ensure adherence to best practices, standards, and methodologies in SAP solution development and delivery.
Client Relationship and Business Development:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their evolving business needs, and identifying opportunities for further engagement.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance on SAP solutions and identifying areas for improvement and expansion.
- Lead the identification and pursuit of new clients and projects, contributing to the growth and diversification of the SAP practice's client base.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop compelling value propositions, proposals, and offerings for SAP services.
Financial Management and Profitability:
- Drive the financial performance of the SAP practice, including revenue growth, profitability, and cost management.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial targets for the SAP practice, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Identify opportunities for operational efficiency, cost optimization, and revenue enhancement within the SAP practice.
Thought Leadership and Industry Engagement:
- Stay abreast of the latest trends, developments, and innovations in the SAP ecosystem and related technologies.
- Demonstrate thought leadership through the publication of industry insights, whitepapers, and participation in speaking engagements, webinars, and industry events.
- Engage with SAP partners, industry forums, and professional networks to enhance the visibility and reputation of the SAP practice and the company.
Qualifications:
- At least 10-15 years of experience in SAP consulting, solution architecture, and delivery, with a proven track record of successful leadership and project management.
- Demonstrated expertise in SAP modules such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Ariba, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Hybris, etc.
- Proven experience in leading and managing SAP implementation, migration, upgrade, and support projects across various industries and business functions.
- Strong understanding of SAP best practices, methodologies, and tools, with a focus on delivering business value and innovation through SAP solutions.
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence C-level executives and key stakeholders.
- Solid business acumen, including financial management, business development, and strategic planning.
- Professional certifications in SAP modules and methodologies are desirable.
- Strong leadership, team-building, and people management skills, with a passion for developing and empowering talent.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities, with the ability to navigate complex, ambiguous situations.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and lead change initiatives effectively.
