Job Overview

We are looking for a Junior UI/UX Designer with 1-3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of user experience principles, design aesthetics, and interaction design. You will be responsible for creating visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces that enhance the overall user experience.

Role and Responsibilities

• Design user-friendly and visually appealing web and mobile interfaces using Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups that align with business and user needs.
• Conduct user research and translate findings into effective UI/UX designs.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of design concepts.
• Develop user personas, journey maps, and storyboards to enhance the user experience.
• Optimize designs based on usability testing and feedback.
• Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and work on design system improvements.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve designs.

Minimum Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in UI/UX design.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and interaction design.
• Experience in creating wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development for better collaboration with developers.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
