Position: Entry-Level International Customer Support Executive

Our client, a leading global professional services company specializing in digital, cloud, and security solutions, is in search of recent graduates with exceptional English communication skills to join their team in Mumbai Vikhroli. Primary Responsibilities

• Actively sourcing recent graduates with exceptional English communication skills
• Handling international customer inquiries, requests, and grievances
• Willingness to work in rotational and night shifts
• Preference for immediate joiners for this contract position, with the potential for transitioning to the client's payroll based on outstanding performance and business requirements
• 5-day work week with a 2-week off schedule
• On-site work

Compensation

• CTC: 25,000 INR per month
• In-hand: 20,000 INR plus additional benefits

Note: Candidates residing in Mumbai city with access to pick and drop facilities will be given preference.

Requirements:

• Graduates from any discipline with all-year mark sheets and degree certificate
• Exceptional English communication skills
• Ability to effectively handle customer inquiries, requests, and grievances
• Willingness to work in rotational and night shifts
• Immediate availability for joining
• Comfortable with on-site work
