Customer Support Executive - Non-Voice Process

We have an exciting opportunity for both Fresher and experienced candidates with Good communication skills for non- voice process.
Walk-in Time: 11:00 AM to 2:00 P.M. (Direct Walk-in from Monday to Friday)

Mode of Interview: 1. F2F HR round 2. Writex Assessment/ Live Chat 3. Typing test 4. Operations manager round

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Good verbal communication skills; proficient in written & reading skills
2. Basic knowledge on computer, keyboarding skills, basic Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
3. Minimum qualification Undergrad Any Graduate with Experience - No BE / B.Tech Freshers
4. Looking for Freshers & Experienced up to 3 years
5. Key skills Customer service with Chat / Upsell / Cross Sell / (International)
6. Should be willing to work for Rotational Shifts
7. Excellent Growth
8. Designation Executive, Senior Executive
9. Only Shuttle services (Day Shift Only)
10. WFO/WFH Work from Office
11. Job location - Hyderabad
