Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Ensure effective communication with clients.- Implement best practices for system maintenance.- Conduct regular system audits for optimal performance.
Professional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Network Analytics.- Good To Have Skills:Experience with Service Operations.- Strong understanding of network protocols and technologies.- Knowledge of network security principles.- Experience in troubleshooting network issues.- Ability to analyze network traffic and performance.
Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Network Analytics.- This position is based at our Noida office.- A Graduation degree is required.
