Objective:

The first point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. You will play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Role & responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats professionally.
• Provide product information and guidance on electrical products such as wires, switches, and switchgear.
• Address customer inquiries regarding orders, warranties, installations, and troubleshooting.
• Register, track, and resolve customer complaints efficiently.
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, logistics, and technical support) for quick resolution.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and closure of complaints.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM.
• Generate reports on customer queries, complaints, and feedback for process improvement.
• Build strong relationships with customers by offering proactive support.
• Gather customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance service quality.

Experience & Qualification:

• 1-3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in electrical or retail sales.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English and regional languages.
• Problem-solving ability with a customer-centric approach.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM
• Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Business, Commerce, or Engineering).
