Role & responsibilities

• Participate in field Marketing activities.
• Responsible for New Customer Acquisition and Business growth.
• Handle and resolve customer queries, complaints.
• Maintain and Update Customer records.
• Provide prompt and accurate information to customers regarding gold loan products, services and procedures.

Preferred candidate profile

Freshers are preferred.(Pass out year 2023/2024)

Should be willing to do Marketing.
