Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist based out of Corporate Office to join our dynamic Human Resources team. As an individual contributor, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for a variety of roles across different functions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for recruiting, a deep understanding of the recruitment process, and the ability to manage multiple hiring priorities while delivering an excellent candidate experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the recruitment process from job requisition to offer acceptance, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting candidates to hiring managers.
  • Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct phone interviews, and assess candidates to ensure they meet the required qualifications and align with the company culture.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on talent market trends, compensation, and hiring strategies.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for both candidates and interviewers.
  • Offer Management: Develop and extend job offers, negotiate terms, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Reporting & Metrics: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to hiring activities, such as time-to-fill, candidate quality, and offer acceptance rate, and provide regular updates to management.
  • Employer Branding: Represent the companys employer brand by communicating our culture, values, and vision to potential candidates, enhancing the candidate experience at every stage.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 4+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence candidates and stakeholders.
    • Proven ability to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
    • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred).
