Sr.Executive procurement (RM/PM/Clinical Supply & Services)

Role & responsibilities

• Procurement duties; Obtaining offers/ making comparison /create purchase orders and vendor management
• Manage and Track the complete Procurement to Pay activity.
• Planning and processing timely for PR to PO conversion for raw materials, Consumable & packaging Material.
• Tracking for Payment Process for due Invoice for received material and Services.
• Ensure Purchase Orders are approved in ERP in timely Manner.
• Receipt Purchase Order based on an approved goods receipt note/delivery docket
• Request credit notes from suppliers and send to Accounts Payable for processing
• Establish sound relationships with suppliers, ensure lead times are met and expedite outstanding orders
• Drive continuous improvement across Purchasing process

Skills / attributes required:

• RM/PM/CM Procurement and Analytical Services Process.
• Well-made thoughtful of Purchasing principles and processes
• Strong Understanding of Service agreement terms & condition and Payment Process.
• Experience with Purchasing systems (preferred Pharma and Biotech company)
• Analytical and have the ability to solve purchasing and inventory related problems
• Strong data entry skills
• Experienced with MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook

Qualifications / experience required:

• Bachelors degree in Science / Engineering along with additional qualification Sourcing and Supply Chain.
• 5 – 7 years’ experience in a Purchasing role. ( preferred Pharma and Biotech company)
