Job Description

As a Teamcenter Implementation Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting Teamcenter solutions. Your expertise in PLM customization, development, and deployment will play a key role in optimizing Teamcenter functionalities for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Solution Architecture: Develop detailed design specifications for Teamcenter solutions.
2. Implementation & Customization: Configure and customize various Teamcenter modules. Develop customizations using ITK, SOA, BMIDE, RAC, Workflows, and Active Workspace. Execute unit tests, manage installations, and support build/deployment processes.
3. Code Quality & Testing: Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices. Develop test cases, conduct manual testing, and define User Acceptance Testing (UAT) procedures.
4. Documentation & Communication: Create technical documents, API references, and user manuals. Provide regular status updates to the Team Lead or Solution Architect.
5. Technical Support & Maintenance: Provide post-Go-Live support, handle bug fixes, and conduct user training.
6. Process Adherence: Follow project processes, including timesheet submission, status reporting, and task tracking.

Required Skills & Competencies

Technical Skills:

• PLM Knowledge: Strong understanding of PLM concepts and Teamcenter functional use cases.
• Teamcenter Customization: Experience with ITK, SOA, BMIDE, RAC, Workflows, and Active Workspace.
• Programming Expertise: Proficiency in Java, C++, C#, with a strong grasp of OOPS, design patterns, and database concepts.
• Integration Experience: Knowledge of Teamcenter upgrades, data migration, and CAD/ERP integrations is a plus.

Project Management & Leadership:

• Ability to lead a small team, prioritize tasks, and deliver quality results in a fast-paced environment.
• Mentorship skills to guide junior developers.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
