• Conduct comprehensive training sessions for channel partners on the RuConnect APP and CRM systems
• Develop training materials, manuals, and presentations tailored to different learning styles and technical levels
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and
  performance metrics
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance for users of the RuConnect APP and CRM
• Stay updated with the latest features and updates of the RuConnect APP and CRM, ensuring training content is current and relevant
• Collaborate with the development and support teams to address any technical issues or improvements suggested by users
• Organize workshops, webinars, and one-on-one training sessions as needed
• Track and report on training progress and outcomes to management

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, IT, or
  related field
• 2+ years of experience in training, preferably in the fintech or financial services sector
• Strong knowledge of CRM systems and mobile applications
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner
• Proficient in
  using various training tools and software
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to travel occasionally for training sessions, if required
