TEAM LEAD - ELECTRICAL (MANAGER / SENIOR MANAGER- ELECTRICAL DESIGN)

Job Specification:-

Design and development of Electrical Machines.

CTC Budget : - At par with Industry and market standards.

Desired profile : -

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field with at least 12 years of experience, with primary focus in controls applied to electric machines,

• In-depth knowledge of electrical machines.

Key Responsibilities: -

• Determine Electrical machine requirements by studying system and customer requirements.
• Understanding Market needs and exploring design to attain the performance.
• Support in Drawing and specification.
• Follow Up for prototype.
• Validating design while proto testing.
• Redesigning If needed.
• Supporting for technical issues with motors at SBU.
• Technical document support. Develop and implement test procedures for electrical machine systems and document performance characteristics.

Competencies: -

• Software Skills - Microsoft Office, PLM & VB Script (beginner) Electrical design - ANSYS Maxwell, MagNet.
