Cresita Tech IT Solutions - Senior Consultant - SAP PM Module (4-6 yrs)

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SAP Functional Consultant with a minimum of 4 years of experience specializing in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and possessing experience in SAP Production Planning (PP).

This role will be crucial in implementing, rolling out, supporting, and customizing SAP PM solutions, along with contributing to PP-related activities.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of PM processes, strong configuration skills, and the ability to work effectively with business users and technical teams.

Responsibilities :

- SAP PM Implementation & Support : Lead and participate in full lifecycle SAP PM implementations, rollouts, and support activities, including requirements gathering, process design, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support.

- SAP PM Customization : Perform configuration and customization activities within the SAP PM module to meet specific business requirements.

- This includes configuring technical objects, order processing, notifications, maintenance strategies, calibration processes, etc.

- SAP PP Support & Configuration : Provide functional support for SAP PP processes, including MRP, demand management, shop floor execution, and related configurations.

- Master Data Management : Exhibit a strong understanding of SAP PP & PM master data, including Material Master, BOM, Routing, Equipment, Functional Location, Maintenance Plan, Equipment BOM, etc. Ensure data integrity and consistency.

- Technical Object Expertise : Demonstrate expert knowledge of PM technical objects, configurations, and order processing.

- Maintenance Processing : Manage maintenance notifications, maintenance strategies, and the calibration process within SAP PM.

- Custom Report Development & Validation : Develop custom reports in SAP PM and PP based on business requirements, including validation to ensure accuracy and completeness.

- Data Analysis & Debugging : Possess a good understanding of SAP PP/PM backend tables and have basic debugging skills to analyze data and troubleshoot issues.

- Reporting & Analysis : Be well-versed in SAP PM/PP reporting, including the creation of customized reports to meet specific business needs.

- Functional Testing : Conduct thorough functional testing (regression and non-regression) for SAP PM/PP during rollouts, upgrades, and system enhancements.

- Interface Integration : Have a basic understanding of interface integrations involving IDocs.

- S/4HANA Experience (Preferred) : Hands-on experience with S/4HANA Asset Management is a plus.

- Cross-Module Integration : Demonstrate a basic understanding of QM, MM, CO, SD, and FI modules and their integration with PM and PP.

- Collaboration & Communication : Possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with business users, technical teams, and other stakeholders.

Technical Skills :

- SAP Modules : SAP PM (Expert), SAP PP (Experience), SAP MM (Basic), SAP QM (Basic), SAP CO (Basic), SAP SD (Basic), SAP FI (Basic)

- Configuration : Deep understanding of SAP PM configuration, including technical objects, order processing, notifications, maintenance strategies, calibration processes, etc.

- Knowledge of PP configuration related to MRP, demand management, and shop floor execution.

- Master Data : Proficiency in managing SAP PP & PM master data (Material Master, BOM, Routing, Equipment, Functional Location, Maintenance Plan, Equipment BOM).

- Reporting : Experience in developing custom reports in SAP PM and PP.

- Testing : Strong functional testing skills (regression and non-regression).

- Integration : Basic understanding of IDocs and interface integrations.

- Debugging : Basic debugging skills in SAP.

- S/4HANA (Preferred) : Hands-on experience with S/4HANA Asset Management.

- ABAP (Advantage) : Basic ABAP skills for report development and debugging are a plus.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

- Minimum of 4 years of experience as an SAP Functional Consultant with a focus on PM and experience in PP
