Responsibilities

• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit.
• Facilitate in-person and virtual interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Coordinate and participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote company opportunities.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Develop and improve job descriptions, ensuring they effectively communicate role requirements and responsibilities.
• Manage the applicant tracking system and ensure all candidate interactions are documented appropriately.
