Senior React Native Developer - iOS/Android Platforms (3-5 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead Mobile Development : Guide and manage the mobile development team, ensuring high-quality code, best practices, and successful delivery of projects.

- React Native Development : Design and develop cross-platform mobile applications using React Native and related libraries like Redux, Axios, etc.

- App Deployment : Oversee mobile app deployment on iOS and Android platforms, ensuring smooth release cycles and handling updates and bug fixes.

- Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, backend, and product management, to ensure alignment with project goals and requirements.

- Mentorship : Mentor junior developers, provide technical guidance, and lead code reviews to ensure code quality and best practices are maintained.

- Technical Leadership : Make key technical decisions, troubleshoot complex issues, and provide solutions to ensure seamless user experiences across platforms.

- Agile Development : Work within an Agile/Scrum framework, driving Agile processes within the team and contributing to sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

- Continuous Improvement : Keep up with industry trends, identify opportunities for continuous improvement, and introduce new tools or processes to enhance team efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- 3+ years of professional experience in mobile development, with at least 4+ years as a Tech Lead or Senior Developer.

- Extensive experience with React Native and its ecosystem (including Redux, Axios, etc.

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript with experience in modern front-end frameworks.

- In-depth knowledge of mobile app deployment processes for both iOS and Android platforms.

- Familiarity with native build tools such as XCode, Gradle, and Android Studio.

- Strong leadership and team management skills, with proven experience in mentoring developers.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment and driving Agile processes within a team.

- Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and the ability to make sound technical decisions.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with cloud services and backend integrations for mobile applications.

- Knowledge of CI/CD processes and mobile automation testing.

- Familiarity with native iOS/Android development to bridge with React Native code when necessary.
