Key Responsibilities:

1) Strategic Supplier Management: Oversee third-party suppliers to ensure optimal conversion costs, timely operations, and vendor coordination.

2) Promotion & Packaging Excellence: Lead promotional offers and packaging design initiatives in collaboration with brand teams to enhance market penetration.

3) Import & Regulatory Compliance: Manage import processes and ensure regulatory compliance, including CDSCO registration for cosmetic products.

4) E-commerce Packaging Solutions: Develop innovative packaging solutions tailored for online retail platforms to enhance consumer experience.

5) New Product Integration: Evaluate and onboard third-party suppliers for new products, working closely with R&D teams.

6) Snack Foods Manufacturing Expansion: Lead assessments for ready-to-eat snack food manufacturing units to expand the company's reach in the food segment.

Key Requirements:

1) Education: B.Tech in Engineering (Mandatory).

2) Experience: Minimum 10 years in sourcing, third-party supplier management, and production coordination in Consumer Care or related industries.

3) Expertise in:

- Supply chain management & packaging sourcing.

4) Managing regional operations across SAARC countries.

5) Negotiation, problem-solving, and analytical skills with strong communication abilities.

6) Familiarity with procurement software & regulatory compliance processes.
