Job Title: Relationship Manager (Digital Sales)

Role & Responsibilities:

• Acquire new clients for Demat accounts through digital channels and LMS, focusing on the provided leads.
• Assist clients in downloading our mobile application and guide them through the KYC process to ensure smooth account creation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and addressing queries about their Demat accounts.
• Work closely with the team to meet sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Conduct follow-up calls to ensure client satisfaction and identify potential sales opportunities.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Target-oriented with a strong sales-driven mindset.
• Understanding of the stock market, Demat accounts, and basic financial terms like Nifty, Sensex, etc.
• Good communication skills in English, with the ability to speak and interact confidently.
• A presentable, confident, and professional demeanor.
• Educational qualification: HSC or Graduate.
• Any outbound sales experience or BPO sales experience is highly desirable.

Age Criteria: 20 to 30 years

Working Days & Shifts:

• 6 days of work with rotational weekly offs.
• Fixed shifts between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM, 9-hour shifts.

Salary: ₹17,000 to ₹35,000 (based on last drawn salary and interview) + Incentives (₹3,000 to ₹70,000 based on performance).

Training Period: 3 Days
