Virtual Relationship Manager

*Role*: Digital Client Acquisition (Outbound Demat Account Opening - BlinkX Application)

*Location*: Thane

*Shift*: 9 AM to 6 PM, with a rotational week off on Wednesdays.

*Salary*: ₹17,000 to ₹30,000 (In-hand) + Incentives (up to ₹70,000)

*Key Responsibilities*:

- Acquire digital clients for Demat accounts using provided leads.

- Drive app downloads and ensure KYC completion.

*Candidate Requirements*:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in Demat accounts or broking.

- Pure sales background with client-facing experience (hard-core sales profile).

- Strong communication skills.

- Basic understanding of the stock market, including terms like Demat accounts, Nifty 50, Sensex, SEBI, etc.

- Location: Only candidates based in Thane.

*Key Interview Questions*:

- What is a Demat Account?

- What is the Share Market?

- Explain Nifty 50, Stocks, Sensex, SEBI, etc.

- Basic math (e.g., 20% of 100).

Job Details:

• Work Days: 6 days a week.
• Shift Timing: Fixed Day Shift, 9 am to 6 pm (9 hours).
• Salary: ₹17,000 to ₹29,000 net, based on last drawn salary and interview performance.
• Incentives: ₹3,000 to ₹70,000 depending on performance.

Training:

• 3 days of training provided.
