Job Description
- Visual Design: Create visually appealing and engaging designs for a variety of digital platforms, including websites, social media, and marketing materials. Your designs should effectively communicate our clients messages and capture their target audiences attention.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with clients and the creative team to thoroughly understand project requirements. Deliver design solutions that align with our client s brand guidelines and objectives, ensuring that your designs support their marketing goals.
- Asset Development: Develop and design a wide range of assets, including logos, banners, infographics, illustrations, and other visual elements. Maintain consistency in design across different mediums and platforms.
- Design Consistency: Ensure that the visual design elements you create maintain a consistent look and feel across various channels and materials.
- Stay Informed: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging design software, and tools to maintain a high standard of design quality and incorporate fresh and innovative design approaches into your work.
- Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines. Prioritize tasks effectively to deliver high-quality designs on time.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills across a variety of projects.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Sketch. Familiarity with multiple design tools is a plus.
- Solid understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, and composition.
- Knowledge of current design trends and best practices specifically for digital platforms.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, allowing you to effectively work with clients and the creative team to bring design visions to life.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and work on multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring that each project meets or exceeds expectations.
