Area Sales Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Formulating business plan for their territory and roll out sales strategies to improve its market share and enhance revenues.
• Develop and manage efficient distribution networks for sales.
• Monitor & review the distribution/ channel marketing system.
• Managing, training and motivating existing sales team to drive revenue growth.
• Monitoring sales team performance, analyzing sales data, periodical forecasting.
• Responsible for primary and secondary and Stock management as per company norms
• Sales target achievement as per company norms

Education & Experience

• Graduate/PG-in any specialization having minimum 8-15 years of FMCG experience in similar positions and working area
• Candidates /PG having minimum 8 - 15 yrs of FMCG experience
• Computer Literacy is must
